ITANAGAR, March 22 � For the first time, e-recruitment has been introduced in Arunachal Pradesh Police to make recruitment of policemen merit-based and transparent. �The new way of recruitment with latest know-how has been brought in Arunachal Police under the initiative of Home Minister Tako Dabi,� said DIG Robin Hibu.
The key features of the new system include IT bio-metric finger print capturing/verification at all stages � during physical, written, interview, medical and reporting for training, randomised coding of answer script for fair evaluation of subject paper and then decoding for preparation of marksheet.
