ITANAGAR, June 25 - Arunachal Pradesh Governor P B Acharya and Chief Minister Pema Khandu today conveyed their hearty greetings to the people of the State on the occasion of Idd-ul-Fitr.
In a message, Khandu greeted the people of Muslim community and said he joins them in the celebration of the three-day festival of feast and festivity.
The Chief Minister reminded everybody of the basic message of Idd-ul-Fitr that says �forgive and forget�. �Let�s build a new world where there is no place for hatred,� he appealed.
The Governor expressed hope that the sacred occasion will usher in goodwill and harmony and further strengthen the values of composite society.
On this Idd, I wish that Allah�s blessings light up the path to oneness and lead to happiness and success, he wished.
