ITANAGAR, Sept 14 - Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brig (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) today addressed the 25th Conference of Director Generals of Police, Inspector Generals of Police and Heads of Central Police Organisations of Northeastern States at Raj Bhavan here.
Senior officers of Police and security organisations including Ministry of Home Affairs, Intelligence Bureau, Research and Analysis Wing, National Investigation Agency, Central Bureau of Investigation, Assam Rifles and Border Security Force attended the conference.
In his address, the Governor highlighted the importance of policing given the emerging security challenges in North East and advised ways to tackle the security challenges.
