ITANAGAR, July 18 - Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today called on Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh at his official residence in New Delhi.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister told the Defence Minister that the Arunachal Pradesh Government was ready to cooperate with the Defence Ministry at any level to speed up land acquisition for defence purposes.
A decision was taken to hold a joint sitting of the State Government and the Defence Ministry soon to finalise and expedite all land acquisition works, stated a press note from the Chief Minister�s Office here.
