Arunachal bye-poll date announced

ITANAGAR, Oct 18 - The Election Commission of India has on Monday announced November 19 as the date for holding bye-election to Hayuliang (ST) Assembly Constituency in Arunachal Pradesh. The notification will be issued on October 26.

While the last date for filing nominations is November 2, while scrutiny of nominations will be done on November 3. The last date for withdrawal of candidature is November 5. Counting of votes will take place on November 22, according to a communiqu� issued by the State Election Office here.
