GUWAHATI, Oct 9 � A six-day art exhibition-cum-sales programme has been organised at the State Art Gallery at the Rabindra Bhawan here from October 12, a press release stated. Organised by �Utsriji� of Satsanga Ashram, which was set up by Sri Sri Thakur Anukulchandra, the exhibition has been arranged in association with the State Directorate of Cultural Affairs.
The exhibition will be inaugurated by Governor JB Patnaik at 11 am on October 12 and will be attended, among others, by prominent artists Neelpaban Barua and Biren Singha as distinguished guests, besides eye specialist Dr Harsha Bhattacharyya.
The concluding function will be held at the Sunanda auditorium located at the Satsang Vihar complex here at Bhangagarh and will be attended by the Cultural Affairs Minister Pranati Phukan as the chief guest.
