NALBARI, Oct 5 - The second Arati Barman memorial award was presented to socio-humanitarian organisation Karunadhara which has been working for the upliftment of social values in a function held at Nalbari MNC Balika Mahavidyalaya auditorium today.
Dr Nareswar Sarma, member of Karunadhara formally received the award that consisted of a cash prize of Rs 10,000, a citation among others. The award distribution function presided over by Dr Basanta Kumar Bhattacharya, president of Arati Barman Smriti Raksha Samiti was attended by Dr Anjanjyoti Choudhury and Dr Rubi Kataki members of Karunadhara as guests.
