NEW DELHI, Aug 31 � A delegation of ULFA leaders, led by its chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa is scheduled to arrive here tomorrow to take part in a discussion for finalising the draft ground rules suspension of operation against the outfit.
According to sources, the two-member delegation comprising Sasha Choudury would meet Joint Secretary (north east) Shambhu Singh and other officials besides Centre�s interlocutor PC Haldar on Saturday to finalise the modalities and ground rules.
The signing of SoO would see the ULFA cadres confining themselves to designated camps and keeping their weapons under double lock. The signing of the SoO would also pave the way for starting of the political dialogue between the two sides. ULFA has already submitted its charter of demands.
