GUWAHATI, Sept 25 � The Arunachal Citizens' Right has appealed the people of the North East to vote for Toko Teji, a student of Assam Valley School, Balipara, who has entered into the finals of India�s Got Talent Khoj 2 being telecast on Colors channel.
A self-taught drummer, Toko has created flutter on the national television with his unique way of handling the instrument. Bamang Tago, chairperson, Arunachal Citizens� Right, said: �it is time again for the people of the region to get united and back the talent of Toko. If Toko emerges the winner of the reality show, not only the NE would have stamped another presence in the national mainstream but Arunachal Pradesh, despite its backwardness, would establish its identity.�
