GUWAHATI, Jan 11 - India Club will host the 18th Anup Lahoty India Club Tennis Championship at the club premises here from January 28 to February 1 for boys and girls.
Informing this, tournament director, Gaurav Chowdhury said that competitions will be conducted in the age groups of U-12, U-14 and U-18, men�s singles, doubles and veterans category.
The tournament is a State ranking championship which carries valuable All Assam Tennis Association points. For the smooth running of the tournament an organising committee has been formed with Abani Barua as chairman, Anupam Chowdhury as organising secretary, Gaurrav Chowdhury as tournament director, Priyanuj Dutta Lahkar as chief referee, Subodh Mimani as treasurer, Hemanta Kr Sharma, Dipankar Borooah, Binod Das, Rajiv Dutta, Rajib Bora and Ashis Agarwala as members.
