GOSSAIGAON, Nov 20 - President of Bodo Women Justice Forum (BWJF) Anjali Daimary has accused the State BJP of using government machinery to grab power in the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC).
Addressing an election rally at Binyakhata here, Daimary alleged that senior BJP leader and State Health Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma has used the government machinery to win the BTC poll.
�Our people will give a fitting reply to the ruling BJP in the forthcoming election, and Sarma�s plan will never materialize,� Daimary told the gathering.
In the meeting, candidate Mrityunjoy Narzary, Gossaigaon MLA, Majendra Narzary, Aao Boro Suraksha Samiti leader, Rafique Ahmed, and Bengali Yuba Chatra Federation leaders were also present.
