SIVASAGAR, Dec 29 - The top seed player of the U-14 boys� category Rishav Das of Jorhat upset by Abhishek Baruah, while in the girl�s U-12 section, top seed Syeda Nishad Omar suffered a defeat against Ayasree Jay Sharma in the ongoing 13th All Assam Sivasagar Open Tennis Championship.
In the boys� U-12 section all the seeded players- Debanga Hazarika, Sidhanta Deka, Ankit Gogoi and Abhishek Baruah moved into the quarterfinal stage. In the girls� U-12 section-Muskan Suave, Sakshi Baruah have booked the semifinal berths.In girls� U-14 group- Debangan Borkotoki, Brshna Khan, Agarta Das and Sanjukta Hazarika reached the pre-quarterfinal stage.
