HYDERABAD, Sept 15 � Telangana Government officials today spoke to their Manipur counterparts over reports of attacks on Telugu students in National Institute of Technology (NIT) in the Northeastern State.
Officers from Telangana CM�s Office called up the Manipur DGP and Home Secretary and enquired about the situation.
According to reports, CRPF has been deployed in the NIT at Langol in Imphal West district following an altercation between students from Manipur and other States on September 12. � PTI
