GUWAHATI, May 26 � Madhupur Sattra sattradhikar Phatik Chandra Hazarika met Governor J B Patnaik at Raj Bhawan today on the issue of financial problems faced by his sattra.
Patnaik told the sattradhikar and his delegation that he had already contacted the Chief Ministers of both West Bengal and Assam on the issue and a trust would be formed shortly to help the sattra overcome its financial problems.
