GUWAHATI, April 19 � The North East Regional Sub Centre of Sports Authority of India (SAI) will conduct a selection trial for badminton players, stated a SAI release.
The selected players will be inducted in the SAI centre here in residential and day boarding scheme.
The trial will be held on May 1 and 2 at SAI New Field complex here from 8 am onwards where players, both boys and girls, in the age group of 10 to 16 years and with proficiency in the game may take part.
The players appearing in the trial should have won one of the top three positions in the district level, recognised educational district level championships. The candidates have to report coach Anil Kr Rout at SAI centre.
