GUWAHATI, March 27: The Kamrup (Metro) district administration has started polling of absentee voters through postal ballot from Saturday. In another development, Election Observer Rajani Rani Rai paid sudden visits to a number of centres of Static Surveillance Team in Jalukbari and West Gauhati LAC area on Friday evening.
