Peter remanded to judicial custody

MUMBAI, Dec 1 - A court here today remanded former media baron Peter Mukerjea in judicial custody till December 14 in the Sheena Bora murder case, ending his 11-day CBI custody after his arrest on November 19, during which he was subjected to sustained grilling and a polygraph test.

After the proceedings in the court, Peter was taken to the high-security Arthur Road Jail here where the other two accused in the case � Sanjeev Khanna and Shyamvar Rai � are also lodged.

�The accused is remanded in judicial custody till December 14,� Magistrate NB Shinde said, after the probe agency submitted that it did not want his further custody. � PTI
