Bharat Biotech has warned people with following conditions to avoid taking the Covaxin shot:
- People with bleeding disorders or who are on blood thinners
- People who are immuno-compromised or are on medicines that affect the immune system
- People who are actually ill or have fever
- People with a history of allergy
- Pregnant or lactating mothers
