Patacharkuchi, March 15: Pabindra Deka, the three-time winner from Patacharkuchi LAC since 1985, on Monday filed his nomination papers at Bajali district headquarters representing the newly floated political party Assam Jatiya Parishad.
He went to file his nomination with AJP President Lurinjyoti Gogoi, other leaders and supporters with a huge rally and submitted his papers to District Election Officer Mrigesh Narayan Baruah.
