Aizawl, Feb 17: Mizoram on Wednesday reported one new COVID-19 case, pushing the state's tally to 4,396, an official said.
The state now has 18 active COVID-19 cases, while 4,368 people have recovered from the virus so far, the official said.
The COVID-19 death toll in the state is 10. Of the 18 active COVID-19 cases, Aizawl district has 11 cases followed by Lawngtlai (4), Lunglei (2) and Champhai
(1). The other districts of the state don't have any active COVID-19 case.
Of the total 4,396 COVID-19 cases, 3216 are males and 1,180 are females.
Altogether, 2,22,475 samples have been tested for COVID-19 in the state so far, he added. - PTI
