SHILLONG, April 16 - North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) has won the KAYAKALP award for Hospitals and Institutions for the year 2017-18 in the Group B list.
Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare while announcing the award also sanctioned Rs 1.50 crore to NEIGRIHMS. The award is given to promote cleanliness, hygiene and Infection Control Practices in public Health Care Facilities.
