IMPHAL, Sept 13 - Manipur Governor Dr Najma Heptulla on Wednesday launched a Multitasking Mobile Application named �Heiya� at Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS) Auditorium, here.
Speaking at the function, Dr Heptulla congratulated the Royal Apps Inc. for their efforts invested in developing the application �Heiya� which is a needed platform for minimising unemployment problem in the State.
Lok Sabha MP Dr Th Meinya Singh, while presiding over the meeting, said that the application was very helpful and simplified aimed to provide jobs and other services to the people.
