GUWAHATI, Feb 5 � Nabajyoti Club defeated Gauhati Town Club (GTC) by 30 runs in the Bud Cricket Club Cricket Meet in memory of Jugal Kishore Newatia at the Nehru Stadium here today. Batting first, Nabajyoti scored 274 for 7 in their 40 overs. In reply, GTC managed to score 244 losing 8 wickets in 40 overs. Abhijit Singha Roy was adjudged the man of the match.
