Media festival Confluence begins

GUWAHATI, Sept 7 - The media fest of the Dr Bhupen Hazarika Centre for Mass Communication and Journalism (BCMJ) began today at the Sudmersen Hall of Cotton College.

The two-day extravaganza �Confluence� is aimed at giving the students a platform to bring out their creativity and other intellectual capabilities.

The event will feature photography, news writing, news anchoring, extempore speech etc. The event is open to students of all colleges in and outside the city.
