IMPHAL, Oct 27 - Khelen Thokchom, a highly regarded journalist in Manipur, who passed away on April 1 this year, was remembered on his 58th birth anniversary today during an event here on Saturday.
Khelen Thokchom Trust (KTT), which organised the event, formally launched the �Khelen Thokchom Trust Media Fellowship Programme, 2018� on the occasion.
Relatives, friends and well wishers including media persons also attended the event.
