Kidnapped By ULFA(I), Employees Request Assam, Bihar CMs To Secure The Release

In a video released by United Liberation Front of Asom - Independent, two employees of the Quippo Oil and Gas Infrastructure Limited, who were kidnapped by the outfit on December 21 from Arunachal Pradesh, can be seen appealing to Assam and Bihar Chief Ministers to secure their early release.
