GUWAHATI, Feb 4 � Jameer Hussain clinched the second gold medal for Assam in weightlifting in the ongoing 35th National Games in Kerala.
Informing this, Bhabajyoti Goswami, secretary of the State weightlifting body, said Jameer lifted 146kg in snatch and 180kg in jerk at Trichur today.
Earlier, Papul Changmai won the first gold medal for Assam, also in weightlifting.
