JORABAT, May 2 - A huge quantity of IMFL was recovered in a joint operation conducted by Khetri and Sonapur police along with the excise department today.
According to police sources, IMFL was seized from a godown at Sonapur�s Bali Gate just a few metres from the Sonapur Revenue Circle office. However, Pranab Das, the owner of the godown managed to escape before the police arrived. The value of the seized liquor has been estimated at over one lakh rupees. Police has filed a case in this regard and handed over the liquor to the excise department.
