GUWAHATI, Nov 17 - The Indian People�s Theatre Association (IPTA) will observe the death anniversary of Hemanga Biswas as Samanwayar Din on November 22, according to a press statement here.
The IPTA, Guwahati branch said that in view of the growing tension and politicking over the Centre�s move to settle Hindu Bangladeshi migrants in Assam, the organisation has decided to observe the occasion as Samanwayar Din and help ease a potentially volatile situation.
