DIBRUGARH, March 14 - Police today suspended havildar Ujjal Chakravorty in connection with yesterday�s street fight incident with home guard Luit Duarah at Santipara railway gate here. Luit Duarah was discharged yesterday while the havildar was closed to reserve following the ugly street fight, which attracted attention of a huge crowd.
