GUWAHATI, June 3 - On behalf of the State Sports Ministry, director of sports Anjan Sarma and assistant director Pradip Hazarika accorded a warm welcome at the airport to the Assam Mountaineering team of which three members climbed the Mount Everest.
The Sports Directorate, sponsor of the team, will felicitate the team and another Everest Climber Naba Phukan on June 13 at the DTRP Indoor Stadium here, stated a release.
