HAFLONG, Feb 12 - Former Chief Executive Member Debolal Gorlosa has been appointed as the Chief Executive Member of the 12th North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council with immediate effect. Gorlosa had earlier also served as the CEM of NCHAC for two-and-a-half years.
