GUWAHATI, Aug 24 - The Indian Council for Cultural Relations in collaboration with the North East Zone Cultural Centre, is organising an evening of Sattriya and folk dances and music of Assam, to be presented by Himashri Medhi Kalita and her group, at Shilpgram, Panjabari on August 27 at 6 pm, said a press release.
