DERGAON, June 23 - Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal met two eminent persons of Dergaon at their residences yesterday. As a part of his community member connection programme, Sonowal met noted writer Arun Goswami and noted scientist Dr Choudhury Nath Saikia at their residences at Dergaon town ward no. 8 and 6 respectively.
Sonowal exchanged views and thoughts with the eminent persons and heard their suggestions minutely and assured to them action on their suggestions.
The Chief Minister while on his way back from attending the Mahila Samaroh at Golaghat, met fish traders at Negheriting Chariali on NH 37 in the evening and learnt about their views on the present government.
