NORTH LAKHIMPUR, June 17 - Manzil Doley and Churchil Doley, both brothers of North Lakhimpur, have been awarded Black Belt (1st Dan) by the All Assam Shotokan Karate Do-Indian Style recently.
The Black Belts were awarded to them by Sensei Manoj Hazarika at Guwahati.
