DIBRUGARH, July 20 - Ashok Kumar Singh who has been appointed by the Centre as the Managing Director of Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), the holding company of the Assam Gas Cracker Project assumed charge today.
The project is a fallout of the Assam Accord, as per a clause that mentioned proper utilisation of locally available natural resources.
