GUWAHATI, April 20 - The Basketball Association of Assam will host the maiden edition of the All Assam Inter Institutional Prize-money Basketball Championship, for both boys and girls, at the RG Baruah Sports Complex basketball courts here from May 8 to 10.
The champion teams of both categories will participate in the North East Inter Institutional Basketball Championship.
The Assam teams for the National Youth Basketball Championship (U-16), to be held at Hyderabad from July 1 to 8 will be picked from the State championship, informed BAA secretary Mukut Medhi in a release.
