NAGAON, Sept 14 � Assam Police have entered the semifinal of the ID Cup by defeating Langsning Sports Club of Shillong 3-2.
Shanta Singh of Rifles netted the first goal in the 20 minute. Monday Nigam of Langsning restored parity in the 55th minute. Within 5 minutes, Bulu Jigdong of Rifles scored another goal to make it 2-1. He netted another goal in the 85th minute. In the final moments of the match, Dylly Syien of Shillong scored in the 90th minute through a penalty kick.
