GUWAHATI, Dec 31 � ULFA �chairman� Arabinda Rajkhowa will be formally released from the Guwahati Central jail tomorrow morning around 8.30 am.
The bail bonds of the ULFA leader were accepted today. A warm welcome awaits the leader back home at Sivasagar.
