GUWAHATI, Nov 26 � The annual cultural and prize distribution function of Bhaskar Bidyapith HS School, was held on November 25.
According to a press release, the function began with a march-past and drill by the students. Ratul Bora, Joint Director of Secondary Education, Assam, was the chief guest. He took the salute and gave away the prizes.
The students presented a brief item paying homage to the martyrs, songs, dances, recitation of poems and a yoga item.The chief guest lauded the performance of the students and encouraged them to work hard so as to excel both in academic and extra-curricular activities.
Also present at the function was the president of the SMDC NC Dutta, who lauded the teachers for the fine performance of the students.
