GUWAHATI, Sept 14 - All Assam Students' Union (AASU)-supported candidates won the elections to the posts of vice president, general secretary, assistant general secretary and minor games secretary of the Gauhati Commerce College Students� Union, which were held today.
The AASU-supported candidates defeated the candidates fielded by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and National Students� Union of India (NSUI), said a press release issued by the All Guwahati Students� Union (AGSU) here this evening.
