Doomdooma, March 27: 36 persons, including 34 girls students of a residential school in Assam’s Tinsukia district tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday evening.
The development came at a time when State Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma told reporters during election rallies that there is nothing to worry about COVID-19 in Assam.
