NORTH LAKHIMPUR, Aug 22 - Police arrested three persons at Kimin town near Assam-Arunachal border of Lakhimpur district with a human skull. The three persons � Youbo Hmebrom, Uzgar and Urez Minz were arrested by police on Wednesday Market of Kimin town by police from Silaneebari Police Outpost of Lakhimpur district during regular checking. They were carrying a human skull, allegedly of Nitul Hembrom of Harmutty, inside a bag. The arrested trio later confessed that they had severed the head of Nitul, who was found dead inside Arunachal Pradesh after several days of his missing.
