NALBARI, July 8 � Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti general secretary Akhil Gogoi is still undergoing treatment at Nalbari Swahid Mukunda Kakati Civil Hospital. Nalbari Deputy Commissioner Lalit Gogoi told this correspondent that though the doctors attending on him have advised to leave the hospital, he has reportedly refused.
The Nalbari district unit of AJYCP today held a protest meet at Nalbari Natya Mandir which condemned the assault on Akhil Gogoi and demanded arrest of the culprits.
