GUWAHATI, July 6 � The Gauhati High Court today grated bail to KMSS general secretary Akhil Gogoi, who was arrested in connection with Dispur Police Station Case No 1259/2011.
Justice Anima Hazarika, after perusal of the case diary, allowed Gogoi to go on bail in the said case.
Gogoi was arrested in connection with June 22 Dispur violence and was later remanded to judicial custody.
