GUWAHATI, July 22 - The 102nd annual general meeting of the Shree Marwari Databya Aushadhalaya held here today highlighted initiatives taken by it for developing the Marwari Hospital.
The meeting and the election meeting for 2018-2021 was held at the Lions Eye Auditorium, Chatribari.
The meeting discussed the initiative for NABH accreditation by upgrading the infrastructure to ensure safety, upgrading of the blood bank with installation of the component separation unit, holding free and paid outreach, in-house camps, empanelment with TPAs to promote hassle-free treatment of patients, promotion of concessional treatment to the needy, introduction of health packages and promotion of employee engagement programmes, etc.
While Sarat Kumar Jain, president, chaired the meeting, Dr ML Agarwal, vice president, Ramawtar Bharatia, vice president, and Anil Jaina, general secretary, were on the dais among others.
