GUWAHATI, Oct 5 - The Assam Secretariat Services Association has asked the State government to take adequate measures for afforestation in and around the Dispur capital area to increase the urban green spaces, which was destroyed to an extent in the name of infrastructure development in the capital area.
The Association also demanded the provision of drinking water on each floor of every block of the Janata Bhawan.
