By STAFF Correspondent

DIBRUGARH, June 18 The All Dibrugarh District Students Union (ADDSU), a constituent unit of the All Assam Students Union, on Wednesday staged a demonstration in front of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, seeking solution to the flood and erosion problem in the State.

The students body submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister through the administration, demanding a permanent solution to the flood and erosion problem. The ADDSU said that although flood and erosion in the State had reached an alarming level, no realistic measures were initiated to mitigate the burning problem, both by the Centre and the State Government.
