ITANAGAR, Sept 16 -�Arunachal Pradesh Governor PB Acharya has conveyed his greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday.
In his message, the Governor said that under Modi�s visionary leadership, the State is striving hard to transform the nation into �New India� � free from poverty, corruption, casteism, communalism and terrorism.
�We have come a long way since May 2014 when you took over as Prime Minister. Reforms across various sectors have prepared track for �Bullet Train� to �Dream New India�,� the Governor said.
Indicating that this year Modi�s birthday falls on Viswakarma Puja, the day of celebration for Viswakarma � the divine architect, the Governor said that people are proud that Modi is their builder of �New India�.
