DIMAPUR, Sept 3 - Nagaland Governor PB Acharya has greeted the people of Nagaland, particularly the Malayalee community living in the State on the occasion of Onam, the harvest festival of Kerala.
In his message, the Governor said Onam, the thanksgiving festival of the harvest season is celebrated with traditional gaiety and enthusiasm. The mood of rejoicing is vividly captured in the rituals and festivities associated with the festival, transcending all barriers and uniting all in common brotherhood, he said.
May this festival usher in the true spirit of unity, harmony and prosperity in the society,� the Governor wished.
